Overview
Our Shoe of the Month for July is a striped linen Oxford, our last gasp for summer. It will be delivered in early October, as a treat for those winter holidays taken in sunnier climates than London.
We have teamed up with Scabal for the linen cloth, and used a mid tan piping to set off the material. The tongue and backstrap are burnished French calf, and the matching lace is paired with matte navy eyelets.
As with all our shoes made in England, the Striped Oxford is Goodyear Welted. We have chosen a super-flex sole to give it a comfortable feel, and the sole is hand bunked with a vintage rope wheel.
